Regeneration Brainery took MIPIM & UKREiiF by storm!

MIPIM 2024.

MIPIM 2024 was a once in a lifetime experience for three of our Ambassadors, who jetsetted to Cannes for the world’s biggest property conference. A pretty solid way to kick off their careers!

Abiola, Jaisie and Lewis-James got into full throttle networking mode, meeting the industry’s top dogs, game changers and trailblazers from across the globe.

As well as non-stop networking, our Ambassadors met the MIPIM directors, took to the stage for panel discussions and championed the voices of bright young talent.

We’re super proud of their huge contributions, they excelled at every opportunity, have expanded their CVs, and have maxed out their phone book with new connections.

Two months on, Regeneration Brainery was live in Leeds as UKREiiF’s official charity partner.

Over 50 Brainees and Ambassadors joined us to continue networking (which they def did plenty of!) and adding their voice to the conversation.

Our Ambassadors repped Regeneration Brainery on panel discussions and workshops with Lloyds Bank, Rider Levell Bucknall, Arup, Avison Young, Socius and BDP.

They shared their views on a whole range of topics – from how to better engage young people; to how to make them feel included in the workplace, respecting and embracing the things that make them unique; to how to deliver more and better housing that meets the needs of all tenants.

Every single Brainee and Ambassador ended the conference with new skills, knowledge and confidence.

As well as picking up loads of new contacts, our young people left Leeds with work experience offers, booked meetings with MDs, and nabbed invites to speak on an industry podcast.

We could go on and on about the impact being there had on both the young people and the industry, but we’d be here forever.
