What is Regeneration Brainery?
Regeneration Brainery is an award-winning aspirational academy for brilliant young minds.
Set up in 2017, the non-profit works with over 4,000 young people across the UK every year.
So far, Regeneration Brainery has travelled to London, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent and Stockport. We’ve got big plans to visit more cities and towns, so keep your eyes peeled for us coming to your area.
We’re aiding social mobility by:
Boosting diversity in the property and regeneration industry
Combatting the lack of effective, hands on work experience
Increasing job awareness and mobility
Tackling the skills shortage in the industry
Giving diverse young people opportunities to kickstart a career that suits their skills and aspirations

The property industry does great things to invigorate our towns and cities, but it struggles to attract young people from diverse backgrounds.
We’re facing a skills shortage as the workforce ages, and the industry is failing to attract new talent with the skills needed to modernise it. Over time, this is making the industry less resilient and less relevant.
Too often, young people are not aware of the range of careers available in what we think is the best industry in the world – the property industry.
Regeneration Brainery plugs this gap, giving young people a leg up into the industry and businesses access to a pool of exceptional talent.
