Our Mentors

Inspire the next generation to achieve greatness.

Mentoring for Regeneration Brainery gives you a genuine opportunity for true social value through sustainable engagement.

You’ll play a vital role in opening young people’s eyes to the world of property and regeneration - and help open doors for them so they achieve their career goals.

Our mentors help pave the way forward by committing to challenging the diversity and skills gap challenges within the industry, so the places we create are better, richer and more reflective of the society we live in.

What does it involve?

Regeneration Brainery mentors commit as little or as much time as they have during our workshops.

Our mentors inspire young people by sharing their career journeys, giving them the inside scoop on the industry and showcasing the vast opportunities available in the property and regeneration industry.

We’re also looking for industry big hitters to take Brainees out on site visits, put on practical interaction sessions, and host days in your workspace.

Our network of mentors keep in touch with young people and are also on hand to answer their questions, introduce them to the right people, or help with get work experience.

Our mentors.

We’ve got a network of over 500 industry mentors based all across the UK. Here’s a few you’ll be rubbing shoulders with.

Don’t just take our word for it…

“The Brainery is amazing, the opportunity to inspire and engage with young people is a real privilege and I think we need to show the breadth of skills that are required but also the fantastic opportunities that exist. Everybody has a role to play, and we really want to inspire young people for the future.”

Caroline Simpson, Chief Executive, Stockport Council

“Really proudly supporting Regeneration Brainery, a brilliant initiative to bring a new generation to the whole question of good regeneration.”

Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester

“Our colleagues benefit from breaking down their own roles into key skills and explaining this to the Brainees. It provides a refocus for their own career path and they realise how far they’ve come on their own journey.”
